CLIMBING
BALANCING
TRAINING
Climb up and over the bars as quickly as you can by using your climbing skills. Children will have to keep their balance in order not to fall off. Planning and coordination of movement are important to be able to climb the bars because, firstly, a child has to place his hands and then the rest of the body has to follow. Climbing the vertical bars is excellent upper-body training. Hanging on the highest bar, facing forward and lifting up the legs trains the arm and the abdominal muscles. Climbing the tubes instead of climbing the stairs is only for the real Agility expert!
