With this equipment, you have three agility items in one piece of equipment. Concentration and strength are needed to walk with your arms close to your body along the two parallel steel tubes without touching the ground. You can also climb the banister bars or slide downwards. The banister bars train the upper-body (arms, chest and back). Good action and reaction is needed to be able to stay on this narrow balance beam and try to reach the platform which leads to the arm walk. The platform also provides the opportunity for doing sit ups. When you finish, you can continue with either the arm walk or the balance beam.
