Children find it exciting to climb. The ladder is a challenge which simply has to be taken. On one side you climb up the mountain, and you descend on the other side by using the brackets. You can also start the other way around and thereby choose a different play direction. While climbing this equipment, children practice their sense of balance, train their muscles and learn to plan their movements while climbing from one side to the other side of the equipment. As a third activity, the child can also crawl under the equipment.
