A child has to jump over the grasshoppers as quickly as he can, while keeping his balance in order not to fall. In order to do this, the children have to plan and coordinate their movements well. Jumping and running at the same time improves suppleness. Children can also do a slalom race by running through the different grasshoppers as fast as possible. This trains coordination and planning of movement.
